Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Who needs gravy when you make these?

Ingredients

• 3 lbs - Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped
• ¾ cup - heavy whipping cream
• 1 stick - butter
• 3 cloves garlic
• salt
• pepper

Steps

1. Boil potatoes in medium pot until soft.
2. While potatoes are boiling, mix heavy whipping cream, butter and garlic in a small pot and slowly heat.
3. Drain potato water, and mash them with a potato masher.
4. Mix in heavy cream mixture into the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
