Green Chili Salsa
It reminds me of what my Grandpa Young would make
Ingredients
- 2 tomatillos, peeled and rinsed
- 6 Anaheim peppers, de-stemmed
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, de-stemmed
- 1 white onion, halved
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp - chicken bouillon
Steps
- Place on large baking sheet, the tomatillos, Anaheim peppers, jalapenos, onion and garlic.
- Roast on broiler until there is some char.
- Once roasted and cooled, add to a blender and blend with lime juice and chicken bouillon. Add more bouillon to taste.
