Soy Stir Fry
The Recipe Critic really cooked with this one. I have changed some of the ingredient to preferred veggies, but the OG is still great.
Ingredients
Sauce
- ¼ cup - soy sauce
- 3 - garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbs - brown sugar
- 1 tsp - sesame oil
- ½ cup - water
- 1 tsp - chicken bouillon
- 1 tbs - cornstarch
Stir Fry
- 1 tbs - oil
- 3 cups - broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup - carrots, sliced lengthwise into 5 inch strips
- 1 cup - sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups - zucchini, into 1 inch quarters
- 1 cup - corn
- chopped green onions
- sesame seeds
Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. Set aside for later.
- Add oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add all stir fry veggies. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until the veggies are almost tender.
- Pour the sauce over the veggies and cook until the sauce has thickened and the veggies are tender. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
